Research has shown that factors enabling a subject to successfully use his/her psychic abilities include:

– his own open mindedness (minimum condition for psy to work)
– confidence in his own abilities (also a basic condition for psy to work)
– atmosphere of trust around him (sceptics around are inhibitors of psy)
– relevance, emotions (psy works better when the stakes are real)
– novelty, interest (boring stuff doesn’t stimulate psy)
– peaceful state of heart-based coherence (rather than mindset of conflict)
– initial intention followed by let go (stop trying too hard leads to better results).

The article is concluded with a series of tips for development of psychic abilities. And these tips are very valuable generally because psy is just part of our natural body-mind-soul system.
